****What if I have a problem with my order?****

Returns:  If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, the item must be returned unused and in the original packaging within 5 days of receipt. Some items that are not returnable are:

(1) Customized Items 

(2) Vintage Items such as jewelry, clothing, and handmade tablecloths and cotton face masks for sanitary reasons.

Once we receive your returned order, your purchase price will be refunded.

 Return shipping charges are not refundable and if you received Free Shipping, the appropriate original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

****What if I need to cancel my order?****

We must receive a cancellation request within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund.  After 24 hours, a restocking fee or a partial order fee may apply if work has already been started.


****What if my order is lost/damaged during shipping?****

Damaged in Shipment: In the unfortunate instance that you receive an order that has been damaged during shipment, it is important to:

~save all packaging and parts of the damaged items so that an insurance claim can be submitted.

~take clear photos of the damage and/or a signed insurance affidavit will be required before a refund or replacement is issued for damaged or lost shipments. 

~please ensure that your shipping address is correct as we cannot be responsible for your order if delivered to the wrong address as entered.


****What if my date/name/personalization is incorrect?****

Proofing and Personalization: Please realize that you as the customer are responsible for all proofing content. This includes approving spelling, size, colors, alignments, justifications and all other information provided.

Please check that your final proofs are exactly as wished as we cannot be responsible for mistakes approved in your finalized proofs.

Please make sure that all spelling for names, personalization and dates are correct when entering in the personalization boxes. We cannot be responsible for customer error and cannot issue refunds in the event that the error is yours.


****How long will it take to receive my order?****

Most handmade orders take approximately 14 days for processing time plus shipping time and large orders may take longer.  Please order at least 3 weeks before your event date for timely delivery.

Delivery Time: We ship via USPS in the most economical way to keep our prices low. Please be aware that all orders over $50 value may require a signature for delivery at our discretion, and we will not be issuing refunds for orders returned to us and/or not received in time for the event because they are not claimed by you at your local post office in a timely manner.


****Do you ship internationally?****

International Shipping: At this time, we regret that we can only offer shipping internationally for some items.

International Customers please note that all import fees, customs fees, VAT fees, taxes, etc. for your country are the responsibility of the buyer and are NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE SHOWN. We have no control over this whatsoever. Shipping/handling costs do not include taxes or import fees. Additionally, falsifying a customs form to reflect merchandise as a "gift" is against the law and will not be done by this shop under any circumstances. International shipping times vary greatly and can take from 2-6 weeks for delivery; please keep this in mind when ordering for a specific event date.

We cannot be responsible for delayed international shipments due to customs clearance times.

****What is your privacy policy?****

**PRIVACY POLICY: When you purchase through this website, Auntie's Jammies does not receive such payment information as your credit card number, bank account, or PayPal account. This information is received only by Shopify's secure payment processing system.  Auntie's Jammies may, however, receive other information necessary to fill your order, such as shipping or email address, and will use such information only for that purpose, or to comply with any applicable laws. If you wish to have any such information deleted from our records, you may notify us via the“Contact Us” link on this site or via our e-mail address, auntiesjammies@gmail.com, and the data will be promptly deleted from our records unless retention is required by law.
